(15:44) Allison Aguilar narrates the journey, which visits the new social programs underway in El Salvador and then members of the 30-person delegation share their experiences observing the legislative and municipal elections at polling centers throughout the country. Delegates also read a statement against the re-militarization of El Salvador and Latin America under the auspices of "The War on Drugs" and "Security."
