Economic Crisis putting a dent in your wintery gift-giving? Ready for a crafty grassroots alternative to holiday consumer madness? Itching to grab that mixing bowl for a vegan/vegetarian bake-off?

Come one, come all to the first ever CIS-Pies for CISPES Winter Jam, Bake-Off and Craft Bonanza to support CISPESs organizing to stop U.S. intervention in El Salvador. We will have several crafting stations to make your own solidarity greeting cards, radical wrapping paper, and creative do-it-yourself justice gifts.

Also, a sneak-peak of Unidos por 2009, a new CISPES documentary on the upcoming Salvadoran elections.

The bake-off will be judged by a team of experts and the winner will receive a surPRIZE. To enter the bake-off, contact Ilana at [email protected] and bring your wintery goodies!
