Salvadoran Union President Calls for Elections Accompaniment at the School of the Americas Vigil
Professor Israel Montano Osorio, the president of ANDES 21 de Junio public teachers union in El Salvador, finished up the CISPES 'Road to Victory Tour' on the East Coast at the annual vigil in Columbus, Georgia to close the School of the Americas.
