Stop the Suits! Fight the US-Central AmericanFree Trade Agreement!

Since its goldmines were rejected by the government andpeople of El Salvador, Vancouver-based Pacific Rim has resorted to theUS-Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA) to sue the Salvadorangovernment for hundreds of millions of dollars in ‘lost profits.’  On May31, the ICSID (International Center for Settlement of Investments Disputes)will decide whether to let Pacific Rim's case against El Salvador moveforward.  Stand up against corporate extortion, colonialism andenvironmental destruction in Latin America!
