We're back! from May 24- 26 Team Quixote and Team CISPES will joinforces once again on a ride of epic proportions!

WHAT:A 160-mile loop, beginning and ending in Mount Pleasant,D.C. after exploring the suburban wilds of Virginia and Maryland. Some camping will be involved and unlessyou carry all your food and gear yourself, everyone is expected to pitch in $20a day to cover gas money for the follow car and rice and bean budget.

WHY:we are raising money for some very wonderful people doing verywonderful things in Haitiand El Salvador. You can read more about that work at cispes.organd haitireborn.org

So, yes this is one of thepledge things you take to work and family gatherings in an effort to get peopleto sponsor you for a dollar a mile, more or less. Solidarity Cyclers 2007raised an average of $800 each. That'sonly fifty cents a mile if you have ten people sponsoring you. We'll even help you write the letter or emailasking people for sponsorship, so don't even think about letting that moneything stop you!
